Services

VMI/Consignment Services

Basin Oilfield Supply recognizes the value of our expertise in managing inventory, and we provide vendor managed inventory (VMI) services to large E&Ps operating in multiple basins. Our VMI services can be provided in remote / satellite warehouses, or field offices, with all back-office functions and billings provided by Basin employees.

Onsite Supply Solutions

Inventory held on site is protected by job trailers or custom-fabricated shipping containers containing a customized inventory, minimizing the need for additional trips or call-outs to a nearby supply store while ensuring crews have the materials required for the job available at their fingertips.

Artificial Lift Services

Basin has a more than 45 year operating history in the field of downhole pump service and sales. Our pump technicians can assist with the entire design of the artificial lift system, including rod string, pump specifications and pumping unit. Rod Pump Tracking software is provided from each of our artificial lift facilities at no additional charge.

Reporting & Analytics

Detailed spend analyses provide our customers with unique insights into project consumption and BOM accuracy. Our dedicated team of analysts will work with procurement and engineering departments to ensure projects are on time and on budget to minimize cost overruns and excessive product returns.

Customized Billing & KPIs

We work closely with our customers to establish a billing frequency that best-fits their operational needs or preferences, and can invoice per transaction, job, or on a rolling weekly basis depending on their requirements.
